Her extensive experience and background are invaluable to helping Wangard grow the Property Management branch of the firm. Kim brings over twenty-six years of real estate asset, facility and project management experience, managing a wide range of properties from office, industrial, retail and residential buildings for institutional, corporate and private types of ownership.

She has also managed several capital improvement projects and tenant improvements on behalf of the owners. Most recently, Kim was employed at Northwestern Mutual in the Facility Operations Department as a Project Manager. During her employment there, some of her responsibilities included project and facility management. As project manager, she had responsibilities for capital building improvements at both the downtown and Franklin campuses. As facility manager, Kim managed the Franklin campus service staff team operations and was responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the real estate asset. Northwestern Mutual has approximately 2.5 million square feet of office space in the Greater Milwaukee area.
